A pretty necklace to liven any outfit! The bright turquoise in this lovely lavalier would be a bright accent for any outfit. The turquoise is an oval cabochon, and it is surrounded by gold 'ribbons' set with seed pearls. The use of 9 ct gold suggests an English origin but it is not hallmarked. A tiny enameled violet and a free-hanging baroque freshwater pearl enhance the dainty 10K gold pendant, complete with a curb link chain. We believe this lovely (unmarked but tested) 10kt gold jewel is from a time when cannetille work was the vogue because gold was scarce: very fine gold wires twisted into thin strands and then formed into rosettes and other shapes. The amethyst is a delicate shade of purple, and weighs approximately 2.5 carats – it’s very deep. (Amethysts are said to bring calm, and help banish headaches.) The whole lavalier, including the bale, measures 1-1/2 x 9/16”...

This pretty lavaliere is made of 10 k gold with an especially rich color. The oval gem is actually an amethyst look-alike--a garnet/glass doublet*and the dropper is a fresh water pearl. This incredible French gold chain has a very nice heft at 40.9 grams. The links are beautifully crafted. It is marked with the eagle's head which is the French hallmark for 18k purity. It measures approximately 61" long and has a large spring ring so it can be worn with your favorite fob, locket, or pendant. It is in excellent condition and dates to about 1900.

A very nice late Victorian hinged bangle bracelet worked in a pierced scrolling design. The front features a row of three square cabochon rhodolite garnets set diagonally. The rhodolites have a lovely purplish hue that distinguishes them from their more common all reddish-brown garnet cousins. The bangle is fairly wide, but the piercing gives it an elegant lightness. Circa 1910, old mine cut diamond ring. Set in 14k rose gold and platinum, this 1.68 ct diamond has an EGL certificate stating it is N color and SI1 clarity. For such an old stone, it is beautifully set and nicely sparkly. It is almost an oval shape, but looks larger than its weight. The ring has 10 additional old mine cuts that total an additional .25 ct. The ring is a size 6 and the overall weight is 3.6 grams. It is in excellent condition.

This piece is stunning! Some marriages are made in Heaven, and this is one. This brooch is a marriage of three Victorian elements: the bar pin with six diamonds, the enamel bow, and the heart-shaped enamel slide. The bow and slide appear to have been part of the same piece. The pin is 12 k gold, and the bow and slide 18 k. The bar pin is 1 3/4" long.

A curving band of old European, transitional and single-cut diamonds sparkle in the yellow gold ribbon top of this Edwardian hinged bangle bracelet. The larger diamonds are clasped in buttercup settings, while the smaller ones are bead-set with milgrain accents. The diamonds are good quality, averaging J color and SI1 clarity. The back of the bracelet has a caged structure that mimics the openness of the front. The clasp is stamped 14K.
