A handsome man’s 14 yellow gold ring set with a large bloodstone tablet. The dramatically tapered shank is engraved on either side of the stone with a stylized papyrus motif. The bloodstone has a slightly lighter than usual greenish tint that contrasts nicely with its red markings. The interior of the shank is stamped “14Kâ€.

The screw backs of this elegant pair are made in 14K gold, each marked “14KT.” The natural jadeite looks un-treated and finely crafted in the leaf shape. The mountings attached to the jadeite are not gold. Size: 5.7 cm long, 1.2 cm wide. Condition: Very good vintage condition.

Early vintage drop pendant necklace in 14KT yellow gold with carved apple jade beads, a carved jade medallion in apple jade with hints of spinach, and a center drop in carved pierced apple jade. The carved motifs are Chinese in form. 1920s or 1930s. Marked 14K on the clasp and tests positive for 14KT gold. It weighs 9 grams. From a Baltimore estate. I also have a jade and gold bracelet listed from the same estate.

The quartz has good color and is generously streaked with gold in well-balanced pattern.
