Unique Victorian bracelet done in a snake motif made of 14k yellow gold, with natural emerald, and rose cut diamonds. Intricately woven gold "body" and highly decorated "head". The bracelet will fit a 6.75" wrist. There is approximately 0.25 cttw of rose cut diamonds and 0.15 cttw of natural emerald. It is marked "585" on the underside of the "head." It has a secure clasp and a safety chain. It is in excellent condition and the overall weight is 12.5 grams. Circa 1890.

An important 18K yellow gold and natural semi-baroque pearl necklace in the "Lierre" ("Ivy") design by Edouard Aimé Arnould. The necklace features five foliate plaques set with pearls flanked on either side with a long- and short-link chain. The sculptural quality of the leaves is enhanced with areas of bright polish contrasting with areas in a slightly matte finish, a technique repeated on the back sides, as well. A lovely double-sided 18K yellow gold and beveled crystal porte-photo (“photo carrier”), the gold rim simply decorated with a bound reed design in the Louis XVI style. It is cleverly constructed with a hidden screw mechanism that allows the gold frame to expand so the crystal covers can be removed for adding or changing the contents. A nice pair of Victorian 18K yellow gold earrings, open circles enclosing ball drops star-set with emerald-cut tourmalines. The circles are finished with a pierced and beaded border along the inside edges and a delicate ropetwist motif along the outside.
