This elegant pin was made by the very collectible Bippart, Griscomb & Osborn Co. of Newark, NJ (an important hub of Art Nouveau jewelry making c. 1900). It is centered by a turquoise cab, with two freshwater pearls on each side (4 in total), framed by a twisted ribbon of 14kt gold. This art nouveau garnet stickpin (scarf pin) is 2 1/2" long. The garnet is bezel set. The garnet in its setting is 3/4 long x 5/16" wide.

This garnet stickpin / scarf pin has been tested to be at least 14K. There appears to be a maker's mark, too. It is in excellent condition.

Art Nouveau is written all over this wonderful 14Kt yellow gold stickpin. The flowing line design is centered by a 7 X 5 millimeter oval faceted bezel set amethyst and the bottom of the design enhanced by a 3 millimeter natural pear. While the stickpin is 14Kt gold, the safety clutch as usual is gold field.

A wonderful example of the cc. 1910 era jewelry of this stick pin, set with a lively fiery 3 X 5 millimeter oval cabochon opal. The edge of the stick pin is decorated by circle like designs. Any lapel accentuated by this pin would look great. The pin is marked with the maker’s mark S – M and 14K.

An impressive 42-carat citrine centers this elegant pendant. The 14K gold setting features stylized flowers and foliage on each side of the stone. The citrine has very good even brownish-orange color resembling a good topaz. Overall, the impression is “statement piece.” The original bail is stamped “585” for 14K.
