A classic 9" by 7" black and white photo of George Burns holding a cigar, an impish grin on his face, inscribed in yellow (or ink that has faded to yellow) "Best, George Burns" at lower left. Burns (1896-1996) was an American actor, singer, and writer whose career in entertainment spanned many, many decades. With the passage of time, the photo has stuck to the glass at upper right and I am afraid to try to remove it. In a simple inexpensive frame.

A vintage lobby card for the film "Julia Misbehaves", 1948, starring Greer Carson, Walter Pidgeon, Peter Lawford, a young Elizabeth Taylor, and Cesar Romero. The print measures 11" by 14" in its present black metal frame. It shows its age with small holes in upper margin from old nails, small margin tear, and some paper loss in center showing as white areas in photo. A beautiful silver compact with the exterior sides inlaid with natural organic material. Opening this gem reveals a mirror and a heavily filigreed lid to the interior compartment which contains powder and a puff. Superbly crafted and with no damage or restoration, the compact measures 3 1/4" by 2 7/8", and is 1/2" thick.

Measuring 9 inches long x 7 wide x 1.25 deep, this circa 1920's, children's architectural, wooden block set, likely made in Germany, is in near perfect condition!

The set appears to have been lightly used, if at all! Nearly all blocks are present, and all of these are in wonderful condition! A really unusually nice signed photo from the Harry Potter phenomenon, of star actor Daniel Radcliffe, on an iconic image of him with crossed arms.
