The Silhouette series glass is illustrated on page 15B of the Libbey-Nash Series 1933 catalog as shown in Fauster "Libbey Glass Since 1818" on page 330. A nearly complete set of the Silhouette series is also shown on page 245 of Fauster. The glass is signed, stands 7 inches tall, has a fire polished rim and is perfect. A 4 1/4 inch tall colorless hexagonal tumbler with applied jewels and enameling. The base of the tumbler is polished flat and bears a “Glasfabrik Karlsbad” logo and “Moser Austria.” There is slight wear to the gold on the edges of the tumbler.

Cast iron boot scrape in the form of a Scottie in its original blue paint. The two long spikes that hold the boot scrape in the ground are marked "Copyrighted 1927 By Household Patent Co. Morristown, PA." The company made a variety of metal products such as weather vanes and boot scrapes. Excellent condition; about 5% paint loss; the back side has remnants of old fabric-based adhesive tape that could be removed. 10" wide; 15.5" tall.
