This porcelain bowl was produced in Germany by Nymphenburg in the mid 20th century. It has both an impressed shield and printed mark. It is 8 1/8 inches in diameter and 1 1/2 inches deep. The porcelain is designed with molded ribs and slight scallops on the rim. It is hand painted with a bouquet of flowers in the center and little buds dotting the border. The rim is trimmed with gold. The quality and value of this piece is evident in its workmanship. Condition: Excellent

Two hand hammered pewter vases of the same model, of different size. Designed by Georg Nilsson and produced by the big Dutch cutlery manufacturer Gero in the Danish factory they had purchased in 1922 and where GN (trained by Georg Jensen) was the chief designer. Winnowing basket called "箕(mi)"which is used by farmers to eliminate or blow out unnecessary stuffs. It is made of bamboo and covered with washi and painted with kakishibu (persimmon tannin). Bamboo mi is made in rather warmer region and bast of trees are made in colder region, however, it is not clear when these ones are made.
