Chinese carved agate snuff bottle, one side has a fu-dog and a bat, the other side has an old man scholar sitting near a door in a stone wall and another bat, the agate is a pretty light yellowish orange color with white striations of which the figures are carved, lid is reddish orange agate, 20th century. This is a finely potted wufu good fortune and longevity bowl from the early Republic period (1912 -1949). It is painted in copper red with gold colour. It stands on a high foot rim and everted upwards to a gold gilded rim. On the inside of the bowl, on the inner rim, there is key fred design. Chinese qingbai bowl moulded on the interior with stylized flowers and leaves. Covered overall with a glaze of pale greenish-blue tone. Remnants of the copper rim.

A pair of Chinese famille verte enameled porcelain boxes formed as recumbent quails. Realistically modelled, the feathers under green, aubergine and yellow glazes, the interiors glazed turquoise. The underside of the boxes molded with a pair of tucked-in legs, left unglazed. Resting on carved fitted wooden stands.

A pair of tilework sancai tomb figures of a man and a woman. Each decorated in black and amber glazes. The male figure with a tall conical hat and long robes edged with amber; his hands held before him under the robes with a napkin draped over them. The female figure in similar robes with greater use of amber holding a dish up with her hands under the robes...

Chinese blanc de chine porcelain figure of the bodhisattva of compassion Quan Yin. She is sculpted lounging against an armrest with a lion's face. One of her delicate hands is emerged out from her robes, clutching a sutra scroll. The bodhisattva is easily identified by her large ear lobes and protruding third eye, attributes of an immortal being. Her backside is signed with a chop and a gourd shaped signature.
