A Chinese couplet scroll in calligraphy excerpting from a work composed by the noted literati scholar, Su Dongpo from the Song Dynasty. Work contains the signature and seal of Zheng Xiaoxu (1860-1938).The two line couplet expresses how as there are different ways to point out the errors in an embroidered robe, or a crane hesitating to fly has yet to mature into an immortal. Condition: Good condition. One of the herons has the top of his crown broken off and there are small areas of chips and cracks which are normal for this size and age.

Neolithic Hongshan Nephrite Jade cicada pendant .The figure of a cicada insect the jade is well worn with deposits. The Suspension holes are biconically off set drilled with mineral deposits within. The entire surface is covered in tremolite growth , a wonderful pendant. Size l 2.75" . Collected HK 1980-1995

Two(2) pieces Chinese carved Jade Hardstone Plaques, 7 1/8" long, 1 1/8" high in the center, 3/4" high in the ends, 1/8" thick, there are some small rough spots on the edges. These pieces are made for some art object but never used them.

The elegant vintage bracelet, approximately 2¼ inches (57.15 mm) in inner diameter and 83 grams in weight, is artistically designed and skillfully carved. Its strong translucent jadeite material shows very beautiful apple green-white hues. Very rare and in an excellent condition.

Vintage small Chinese scholar’s buffalo horn seal of square section, traces of red seal paste in the grooves. The impression of the seal is shown on the first photo where it is flipped left to right to present the image as it will print on paper. Beautiful light colored horn, mellow patina, in great condition. Very nice object for a scholar’s desk. Height 1.48 inches, base 0.58 inches square.
