Japanese Uchikake (wedding gown) in red and soft gold color. Because of the heavy use of silky gold thread in design, the gown, over all, looks orange than red, thick and the liner with the design of chrysanthemums. Approx. 40 to 50 years old), almost in new condition.

Bashofu kimono hand-woven of banana fiber for both wefts and warps. The yarn is rather thicker and tougher comparing with very fine yarn for thinner and higher quality bashofu, so that it is for a everyday kimono or work wear. Brown stripes are also banana fibers. Late 19th to early 20th century. In good condition except for a mending near the lower side in the back and wear near neck. 104cm x 115cm

Hongshan Simi translucent Yellow brown Nephrite Pig Dragon Pendant, c shaped Dragon embryo with an off set biconically drilled suspension hole and tremolite growth throughout. Size 1.75" by just under 2". Collected HK 1980-1995.
A Chinese sacrificial-red (ji hong) glazed stem bowl. There is a six-character Da Qing Dao Guang Nian Zhi mark inside the bottom of the stem foot, but it was probably made in 20th Century. There are heavy scratches inside the bowl, no other flaw beside this.

A 5 ½" long sterling silver souvenir spoon of a miner. The bowl is engraved “Colorado.” The spoon is by the Watson and Newell Co. and is illustrated as item 409 in their c. 1900 - 1910 catalog.
Sharon is one of the most widely recognized and collected depression glass patterns. Made by Federal Glass from 1935 to 1939, it is popular in pink, green and amber. This porcelain box was produced in Hungary by Herend before World War II. It is 5 3/4 inches long, 3 1/2 inches wide and 3 1/4 inches high. The box is molded in the shape of a bunch of asparagus tied up with a pink ribbon. It is hand painted with nice detail.

Beautiful scroll painting by artist Yuan Feng Zhau of a robed man playing the flute, riding upon the back of an ox. The suggested movement of the ox seems as if it is dancing along with the music. Extreme attention to detail is shown, especially in the very fine brush strokes used for the man's hair. Signed and stamped in the corner. 20th century

Set of two Chinese ink stones. The larger one is carved with dragons and clouds surrounding the three pots. On the back there are two sections of writing. The other stone is covered and the front cover has scenic carving with a poem. On the back of this one there is a three character seal mark. Both stones are well used.

Japanese Taisho to Showa period vertical scrolled painting executed in sumi ink and wash on paper with a landscape scene featuring two figures at a bridge beside looming rockery, trees, a traditional hut, and a waterfall. Painted in the style of Sesshu. Signed with a red seal at the lower right. Bone scroll ends. Scroll: 50” x 16 1/8” (paper: 21 1/4” x 13”). Very good overall condition.
A mounted two line calligraphy attributed to the Buddhist monk, Hong Yi (1880-1942). Born as Li Shutong, Hong Yi was received his education in Japan specializing in Western painting and music. Li returned to China and taught at various educational institutions. From 1916, Hong Yi became ordained monk.
