This is a really pretty pink rayed Florentine Number 1, aka Poppy Number 1, 4 inch 9 ounce Flat Water Tumbler made by Hazel Atlas from 1934 to 1936. This Tumbler can be hard to find. The glass is rayed vertically on the tumbler. It measures 3 Inches in diameter across the top and is in very good condition with no chips, cracks or scratches. Baby's yogi which is one kind of bed cloth, a top cover in the shape of kimono. It has cotton cloth with katazome (stencil-resist-dye) for outside and indigo cotton for the lining. It has thick cotton inside for warmth and was used in the cold district or in winter. It is from Fukushima prefecture in Tohoku district. In good condition but has some light stains in the wrists and mending patches in the top shoulder. The first half of the 20th century. 92cm x 88cm

This stunning vase of dark purple cut-to-clear glass is reminiscent of the fine work done by Bohemian or Belgian glassworks. It has a dramatic graduated shape and is molded with sharp, vertical panels with impressed elongated ovals. It stands 8 inches high with a rim diameter of 4 3/4 inches. Some wear to base; minor scratches to vase body.

Elegant and very unusual shaped Japanese bamboo Flower Basket Ca. 1925. A series of fine butterfly knots line the bamboo on both sides and the handle. The weave is a delicate warp and weft with tiny knots embroidering the edges of the opening. H: 35cm by W: 34cm. excellent condition. No signature.
