Globular bowl with foot ring, drum-form neck, lip spout, and c-scroll handle with engraved leaf-cap and bold scroll and leaf terminal. Repousse rinceaux band. Fully marked including maker’s stamp, pattern no. 6462 (first produced in 1881), and director’s letter M (1873-91). Very good condition.

A wonderful way to relax and reflect on the founding years of the Republic. Fully marked including maker’s stamp, no. 351, and phrase “Antique Reproduction / Originals of this Cup Were Made / About 1820 by C. Guiteau / for the Fairfax Family / of Virginia”. Edwardian Classical sterling silver baby cup. Made by Whiting in New York, ca 1910. Tapering sides, curved rim, and bellied bowl; c-scroll handle with scrolled tail. Two scrolled bands applied to top and bottom. Gilt-washed interior. Plenty of room for engraving. Fully marked including maker’s stamp and no. 3905. Very good condition.
