1960's Chinese green and white jadeite carving of lotus and bamboo on a custom wood stand. A frog is perched on one of the lotus leaves and a bamboo stalk in the background serves to hold calligraphy brushes or fresh flowers. Edwardian Modern sterling silver basket. Made by Tiffany & Co. in New York. Tapering and “squashed” ovoid body with flared mouth and spread foot. Reeded and tapering stationary handle. Graduated tubular piercing. Fully marked including maker’s stamp, pattern no. 16068 (first produced in 1904), and director’s C (1902-7). Excellent condition.
