An attractive childs dagger, made in the late neolithic period, Daggertime-bronzeage, c. 2000-1600 BC.

Finely knapped in in a silex with a rare pinkish patina! Comes with a 19th. century collection tag and another tag written directly in white ink from a pre-WWII collection.

Condition: Very fine, intact with a few tiny losses.

A fully polished axe with a slightly 'hanging' edge, scarce type of the 4th. millenium BC.

The axe is greyish patinated silex with fine fossils included. 19th. century paper tag on the undeveloped rear end as well as number in white ink.

An attractive large unpolished, thinbutted Danish neolithic axe dating to late 4th-early 3rd mill BC.

The axe is fully polished on the sides. The edge has been reknapped in Antiquity. Comes with old collection tag, and finding place/year witten on the side. (Kirke Stillinge, 1938)

A beautifully executed thickbutted Danish Neolithic Axe from late 4th / early 3rd mill. BC.

During this period the thickbutted axe became a widely spread supplement to the thinbutted axe in the toolbox of Neolithic Man.

This specimen is very beautifully executed with no polishing. What you get is what a skilled flintsmith could achieve by hitting and knapping a block of flint. Clear, 'seamed' edges and a well-balanced symmetrical axe head.

A bronze Scythe, Turkmenistan / Caspian Sea Area, bronzeage 2nd.-1st. mill. BC.

Interesting large and very sharp blade, used as a harvesting tool and sometimes as a weapon as well. European bronzeage scythe blades (sicles) are fairly commenly sold on the market whereas sicles from the Near east or western asian bronzeage cultures are very scarce indeed. This specimen is larger than most European blades, whith a highly sharpened blade and a thick slightly bended back of blade.

A large 'Luristan' tanged Bronze lance head dating to 2nd. mill. BC.

The lance with a leafshaped blade, a rectangular-sectioned midrib and gently curved shoulders. The tang is bend at the top.

Size: 34,3 cm - 13 inches.

Condition: A choice lancehead with azurite and green patina. Intact with some nicks and roughness to the edge.

Early Roman Imperial Period silver mirror, ca. 1st to 2nd. century BC

Wonderful mirrow either solid silver or a very thick silver plating - we think it's solid silver with some cuprite oxidation on the surface. A very interesting piece and quite attractive!

A nice lot of 4 small refined celts made from silex as imitations of bronze celts in the bronzeage period. The set dates to ca. 1400 BC or so and the type are rather scarce since they are made late up in the bronzeage!

Nicely patinated and polished pieces that is a must for collectors of Neolithic silex.

An attractive preserved and conserved intact iron axe from the medieval times, ca. 12th.-14th. cent. AD.

An axe with a square blade with a double bart, dated on old label from the 12th. century, we think it could be a bit later than that but not later than 14th. century.

A nicely executed thinbutted Danish Neolithic silex axe, dating to mid-late 4th mill. BC.

Unpolished axe with nice proprotions and clear 'seams' along the edges. Very nice workmanship.

Thinbutted axes were developed to help neolithic people to clear the forest to prepare the land for farming. The largest specimens - up to 40 cm - were put down in marches as offers.

A nice collection of three Danish early Neolithic 'Step axes' dating to 4th-3rd mill. B.C.

This is also known as the perid of the 'Erteboelle'-culture, during which the use of hard stone for tools and weapons became more frequent.

All three axes a grinded to a cylindrical design, with an asymmetrical edge, suggesting they were mounted as adzes, on the woodden shaft in antiquity.
