Lovely Buddha fragment with good age wear and patina. H. 11 cm (13 cm incl. stand).

Made of pottery, glazed in green and ochre, cold painted with red and black pigments. H. 19 cm. Condition: expected age wear, no repairs. Excavated in the southeast of the Shanxi Province. Ming Dynasty (1368-1644)

An attractive cast bronze figure, depicting a dignitary or deity. China, Ming Dynasty (1368-1644) Condition: As is often seen on Ming bronzes the casting is very thin in several places. This has caused minor holes in the bronze. The backside of the seat is missing. Please refer to the pics. Remains of red and black pigment are visible. Two offering vessels in the shape of an Alpaca, carved from natural stone. In the back a chamber is drilled; it was filled with llama fat or coca leaves. These votive figures were left in the fields as an offering to the Earth goddess Pachamama. H. 6 cm. Dating from the 15th/16th century. Ex Dick Meijer, Amsterdam.

A rare tomb gift from the Song Dynasty, made of red pottery, covered with green, brown and yellow glaze. The crawling position probably shows that this lady is worshipping the deceased person. Length 17 cm, height 12 cm. Condition: the hands restored, glaze loss. Please refer to the pictures.
