A Cizhou gourd bottle was in lovely shape and was in striking image of russet mottles on the surface.
Well preserved and owned the very characteristics for authentication, the bottle can an important and charming item in early Chinese ceramics' collection.

Medium-sized Japanese tansu made from kiri wood (Paulownia), with five drawers in varying sizes and two sliding panels at the upper portion, with straight vertical bars carved into the face. Warabite style metal handles and hardware.

A very rare Ming 15th century Chenghua blue and white small palace bowl, rounded side with deep center and glazed base, bowl decorated with under glaze blue in fine decoration of flowery motif, center with Chinese character, base with four character in square mark.
Bowl is in good condition with two hairline on the rim, no chip, no restoration.

A marked, very fragile, well potted bowl and since this piece fortunately does not comes from the sea resp. from a ship wreck the condition of the glaze and therefore also the Cobalt blue of this piece is very nice.

This signed and dated Guang Xu period (1875~1908) plate is 2 inches high and 8 ¼ inches in diameter. It has a cloud and wave pattern over a bright yellow background inside the plate; the four characters mean¡± long life without limit.¡± On the outside of the plate, there are three groups of flowers. It is in great condition.
A large vibrantly decorated fencai / "famille rose" enamelled vase made for export during the latter part of the reign of the Daoguang emperor (1821-1850). Condition - there are faint, barely visible, body cracks and there is wear and some losses to the enamels but there are no chips or cracks to the rim and base and there has been no restoration...
Japanese antique tsuba (hand guard for a samurai sword), cast all of iron. The motif appears to be a combination of two kamon (family crests); one being the inside part of a mokko crest and the other the swirling comma shaped arms of a tomoe or mitsudomoe (Shinto) mon. The resulting design is an open work of elegant lines. Edo Period.

Antique Japanese tsuba (hand guard for a samurai sword), made all of iron and cast in the form of a daikon raddish. The leafy tops of the daikon are highly raised and the raddish root itself twists around becoming the circular rounded edge of the tsuba. Wonderful three dimensional quality. Edo Period.

A rare Ming Zhengde/Jiajing blue and white tripod censer decorated with two dragon and flowers at the body. there also has head of kilin at the leg and under the handle. 28cm high until end of the handle. 20cm body diameter.
