A majestic pair of French Old Paris Porcelain Bisque Figurines 1840s After Fragonard. Each figure measuring about 17” in height and bases, which are removable, or 7 inch diameter. This porcelain tea cup and saucer was produced in Germany by Meissen around 1930. It has first quality blue crossed swords markings under glaze. The saucer is 5 1/4 inches in diameter and 1 1/4 inches deep. The set has the traditional wavy borders with points at intervals. The cup features a split branch handle. This porcelain vase with bronze mounts was produced in France at Sevres in 1921. It is double marked and is authentic. It has an artist’s signature, O. Mancelin. The vase is 4 1/4 inches tall. It has a diameter of 4 inches. The porcelain is fitted with bronze on the mouth and foot. It has a unique, bulbous shape, almost like a gourd. The decoration on the deep cobalt blue ground is a pattern of raised white French enamel with gilded accents. They are stylized with a flower-like form...

Mosaic pottery tazza and vase from the 1940s or 50s, by Gerbino, France. The handling and modelling of clays in various colors necessary for the creation of this kind of art objects was a complicated procedure, mastered only by Jean Gerbino and his family in Vallauris, the French studio pottery center of the period. Impressed marks Gerbino and Vallauris. Height of tazza "3 ½ / 9 cm and of the vase "5 ½ / 14 cm, diameter of tazza "6/ 15 cm. Condition: fine.

Here is a lovely and rare red Argenta fruit platter designed by Wilhelm Kage for Gustavsberg, Sweden. It measures 7 1/2" in diameter. On the underside is stamped in gold the old Gustavsberg anchor insignia, Argenta, the model number 1003 I. The original label is partially intact (see photo). All silver intact.

This extraordinary hand colored lithograph is called "Beauty and the Beast". It was created in 1978 for Gustavsberg. Signed and dated (19)78. It measures 13 1/8" x 16 3/4". Mint condition.Purchased from an individual who acquired it directly from Stig L. himself.

I am not a specialist in this sort of thing, but will describe to the best of my ability: this is a vintage, circa 1920's to early 1940's at latest, ceramic work depicting a distant fairy castle, towering cumulus clouds in the sky, a grove of trees at right balancing the scene. Measurements are 9 1/2" by 10 1/2" by 7/8" thick, and the piece weighs roughly 2 3/4 pounds. More than likely this is by one of the known ceramic works of California from the Arts and Crafts period; found in Los Angeles...

Two lovely pottery vases by Czech Dux, c 1930 or late 1920’s, the larger vase drop shaped, the smaller one bulbous. Slip glaze decoration of grapes in blue, green and brown over white. Height “11 ½ / 29 cm and “4 / 10.5 cm respectively. Green acorn within triangle mark and DUX to the larger vase, impressed model numbers to both. Condition: minor crackling to glaze of the smaller vase, the larger with a nick to the foot rim.

The size of Trinket Box: 2 3/8" Long x 1 1/4" W x 2 1/4" High. This is very adorable French Porcelain Limoges Trinket Pig Box. It is all hand painted. The subject of Little lady pig taking the nap on the blue cushion with semi bikini...

This interesting vase has a notch in it making it look a little like Pac Man, but giving it a very distinct form. However, we believe that it was created in a studio by excellent ceramicists who decorated the vase with free flowing green and blue glazes. One side has a stack of incised chevrons running down the center. The underside is marked with what appears to be W NZ VI, marks whose identity elude us. The vase has considerable heft for its size.

This By the noted and talented Italian designer Arrigo Finzi (1890-1973), this charger is one of few made with this surrealist compilation of masks. Measures 12 3/4" in diameter, and 1 3/4" deep, of heavy porcelain. Signed on back with Finzi signature, "oro zecchino" and "Depinto a mano". Very few of these were made, and all were hand decorated. Large size Lenox Rose Pattern Porcelain and Sterling Rim serving Charger, Platter, Ca. 1930's, 14 1/2" diameter, 3" high, and 1" wide for Sterling Rim with repoussé repeated pattern and multiple smaller rose and floral design in outer circle, and large bouquet of floral design in the center. Marked "Lenox, made in USA" in green, "Lenox Rose" in purple plus sterling marked "Wallace Sterling 4179" on the bottom. The condition is good, no damages.
