This porcelain service was produced in Germany by the Royal Berlin Porcelain Manufacturer in 1918. They are marked with the red orb, blue scepter and iron cross markings. A very pretty early 20th century French silver tastevin in the style typical of Dijon in the Burgundy region of France. This style retains the usual convex base surrounded by a wreath of “perles”, but the gadrooning (“godrons”) along the side have been replaced with a decoration of very finely worked grape leaves and clusters of fruit. The handle, also in typical Burgundian style, represents two snakes with the heads of ducks grasping the forbidden apple between their beaks...

A superbly constructed copper weathervane of a three masted barque ship. The details and accuracy of this ship vane are amazing, with its multiple sails and rigging. This fine example was previously part of the collection at the Texaco world headquarters.

The ship, on a custom made stand, is 36" long and 32" tall, with a beautiful patina, is in excellent condition, with no flaws to speak of.

Possibly made in Italy or Denmark. With beaded base and knop stem. Finely etched with leaf garland (Imperial) surrounds the piece. Seals on the side. Early 20th Century.

Beautiful European car dish made using the "aqua-fortis" technique which is a type of etching. In this technique, plates of copper, steel, zinc, etc. are covered with a varnish and then blackened with black-smoke. A hand tool is used to remove the varnish, exposing the raw metal. The varnish is then covered with wax. Nitric acid (aqua-fortis) is spilled onto the surface will corrode the parts devoid of varnish. Inscription reads F. BOUCHER , PASTORALE...

Wonderful old fox hunting motif whip rack. Painted metal, solid brass hooks, iron fox head. Measures 28" tall by 22" wide and 5" deep.

Wonderful Royal Worcester pitcher trimmed with gold with lovely handpainted flowers on both the front and back. There is a fabulous gold grotesque head on the spout. It has the purple Royal Worcester mark with the number 1366. It measures 10" tall x 5" diameter not including the handle. This great pitcher is in perfect condition with no chips, cracks or repairs.

A fine cut crystal decanter with faceted stopper, early 20th century American Brilliant Period. The slightly rounded shape is comprised of finely cut squares with patterned centers, hand blown faceted stopper. Size: 8" H x 3.75" W. Condition: Decanter is clean and sparkling with age appropriate wear. No interior cloudiness, minor flaking and chip to face of one square. A nice addition to any collection or a stand out on its' own.

Six pearl handled luncheon knives with sterling silver ferules. The ferules are decorated with a classic scrolling vine motif. The French-style blades are unusually long in relation to the pearl handles--a proportion that gives this set a particularly elegant appeal. The blades are marked with a "12" designating the highest quality of 19th century American silverplate. Pearl handled knives are more frequently found in the larger dinner size.
