This porcelain and sterling silver tea pot was produced in Trenton, New Jersey by Lenox around 1906. The pot measures 9 ½” from handle to spout and 6 ¼” high including the lid. The lid locks into the pot. The photos show the porcelain being a bit off white, but it is actually more ivory colored, more so than the average Lenox piece. It has the letter “S” engraved into the plaque on one side. I have the most wonderful little porcelain garden of place card holders I have ever seen. All the flowers are spring-summer blooms of different varieties. They were made by Carl Thieme, Potschappel Dresden c. 1900. They measure approximately 2 1/4 inches long and 2 inches high, although they may vary slightly from flower to flower. They are all hand made in the fashion of Meissen. All are perfect. They were lovingly stored in a partitioned box with cotton for decades...

Very nice vintage South Jersey glass paperweight featuring a frit design of an ivy-covered blue cross against an opaque white ground. The foreground has a wave-like frit design. The opaque ground is most unusual in a South Jersey weight. The crown rises quite high into a pronounced cowlick more typical of New England weights. The bottom has a pontil mark and slight basal concavity, and there is an incised line around the periphery at the top edge of the opaque ground.
