A very fine twig basket, dating from the late 19th or early 20th century. It was found in Pennsylvania, and is painted black, with the border and edge decoration painted in green, yellow, and orange over the black. The interior central portion of the basket is painted in green.

The basket is 8 5/8" in diameter and 4" tall. Condition is terrific, with no breaks...

An ornately hand-engraved English sterling silver pierced sifter spoon, fully hallmarked for Sheffield 1893. This 5-3/8" spoon has a finely pierced bowl and a PW monogram; it has the maker's mark for Atkin Brothers and it weighs 29.3 grams. This spoon is in excellent condition with no dents, bends, corrosion, losses, damage or repairs...

A fine American tinsel or foil painting depicting a wreath of flowers, with a bird, around a grouping of fruit and foliage. The wreath is on a variation of the relatively rare "snowflake" type of background. This technique appears to have been done primarily in the 1870's period. The frame and wooden backboard are original.

There is a crack in the glass at the top left, and a small piece of glass is missing...

A nice Griffin, Smith & Hill majolica pitcher in the "Wild Rose" pattern. The bulbous sides are decorated with yellow wild rose blossoms and green foliage against a stippled ivory background. The base has a medium-blue basketweave pattern and the lip is finished in a reeded pattern in the same shade. The pitcher has an applied twig handle and a butterfly forms the pouring spout. The interior is pink.

A Georgian Scottish King's pattern sterling sauce ladle 1818. This George III period 6-1/8" sterling silver sauce ladle is fully hallmarked for Edinburgh, Scotland 1818. This ladle has the maker's mark of Andrew Wilkie (est. 1813). It weighs 28.0 grams, it has a a DJC monogram, and it is in excellent antique condition with no dents, bends, corrosion, losses, damage or repairs...

English Papier Mache Display Shelf with lacquered Chinoiserie decorated shelf, either place on the table or hang on the wall, 8 1/2" high-maximum height, 13" wide and 4 1/4" deep. Family enjoying outing in the Pavilion design in front and side panels. There are two(2) brass hook to hold the side panels together with bottom shelf, and brass hinges hold side pieces to the back. There are some house paint on the back side, but they don't show from the front side...

Gilt George III sterling silver serving spoon with gadrooned edges and a beautifully scalloped bowl. Spoons that are completely gilt are quite rare. The reverse is hallmarked for London, 1784. The maker’s mark is barely visible and is illegible.

Condition: excellent, no monogram. Size: 8-7/8” long.

Nice 6” plate in the “Horse Chestnut” pattern by Dedham Pottery. The crackling is very even and the blue is strong. The back has both the ink stamp and the incised rabbit mark.

Origin: America, 1896-1928. Condition: a hairline is visible on the back; a ¼” nick on the rim. Size: 6” diameter.

An Early Victorian Ironstone English Flow Blue Plate, with a shaped Edge; circa pre-1850. Imprinted mark "Semi China" by either Clementson Bros. or J & R Riley. Dimensions; 9.5" in diameter. Very good condition.

A pretty Victorian maple swing-handle sewing basket, the interior lined with colorful pleated silk plaid. The bottom, upper frame and handles are constructed of maple, and the spindles forming the sides of the basket are ebonized.

Origin: America, ca. 1900. Condition: excellent, except for a narrow age split in the wood at one end of the upper frame. Size: 8-1/8" x 5-3/4" x 9" high.

An unusually nice silverplated studs box, the top decorated with repousse chrysanthemums. The only clue to the box’s purpose of holding a gentleman’s shirt studs and cufflinks is the figural stud finial on the top. The bottom is marked for the Middletown Plate Co. This is a much more decorative example than most.

Origin: America, 1876-99. Condition: excellent, hardly any wear to the plating. Size; 2-5/8” diameter; 1-3/4” tall.

A pair of pressed glass horn epergne or car flower vases from the 1910 era. Made with a loop for suspension from an epergne, a table decorative centerpiece, or a mount in an automobile, these 6-3/4" long unsigned vases measure 2-1/2" across the opening; they are in excellent original condition with no chips, cracks, losses, damage or repairs...

English Staffordshire Porcelain Cottage, 5" high, 4 1/2" wide on the base, with bay windows and roof above the door, attic has room with windows, very charming piece, no marks on the bottom. There are two(2) chips 1/8" to 1/4" wide around the chimney .

A fine example of high quality silver plated tableware by Ellis-Barker (or Barker-Ellis) of England. This 11" x 7-3/4" tray or bowl has two cutout handles, a pierced gallery and high relief grape and vine decoration on the edge...

This porcelain tea cup and saucer was produced in England by George Jones in 1850. There is a registry mark indicating this year. The set is made of fine, white bone china. The cup features a futuristic looking handle Jones often used. The set is decorated with vibrantly colored, hand painted asters and foliage. The vivid colors contrast beautifully against the white porcelain...
