Each piece has exquisite repousee work comprised of three centered Putti playing in a garden, surrounded by a scrolled border of cherubs, floral and ribbon swags. A large highly decorative sterling silver figural-form bonbon spoon, circa 19th C, .950 silver, made in Yokahama Japan for the American market, comprising a full size geisha girl handle holding a parasol, the parasol is the bowl of the spoon. Beautifully executed face, kimono and obi, as well as parasol, this is a perfect example of Victorian cutlery at its finest. Marked on back STERLING. A beautiful green English balustroid wine glass with a hollow stem. The cup bowl is over a shoulder cylinder knop which sits atop an egg knop. The stem is finished off with a true baluster knop above a high domed foot.

The glass is of lead metal, is 6 1/16 inches tall, with a bowl diameter of 2 5/16 inches and a foot diameter of 2 13/16 inches. Perfect condition with no restorations.

Note: Glasses of this type were primarily sold as export to the continental market in the 1760 - 1770 period.

The glasses are 5 5/8" tall, with a bowl diameter of 4 3/8, and a foot diameter of 3 1/2". Polished pontil. Condition is excellent with no chips, cracks, or restoration.
