Original woodblock of a samurai by Japanese master and teacher Toyokuni Utagawa, 1769-1825. Signed in lower left, the print is float mounted. In very good antique condition, there is some worm hole damage along the right edge. Measures sight size 13.5 inches high, 9.25 inches high.

There is a wax seal on a tag, threaded through the scroll. Seal says "Shen Shi " (named Nanpin). Attributed to Shen Quan (Shen Nanpin). It measures overall 19.75" wide by 76" tall, 16" by 52.5".

A stunning Chinese black lacquer 6-panel coromandel screen. Beautiful hard stone inlay depicting scenes of many auspicious objects and flowers in vases. Hand carved with images of dragons and lotuses symbolizing potent auspicious powers and the perfection of beauty of the heart and mind. The lacquer is in exceptional original condition.
