After being restrung, it is a beautiful 31” long necklace now. It has 36 black beads and 4 celadon beads. The black beads are about 11/16” in diameter; the celadon beads are about 13/16” in diameter. The colors are very even and the carvings are superb...

This is a set of three large bronze belt-hooks from the Khmer culture in ancient Southeast Asia (circa 12th century AD). Each one of the fabulous pieces measures roughly 16 cm in length. As can be seen clearly in the photos, they have some soil encrustation, patina, and slight damage as might be expected from pieces of this age. The stand (roughly 32 cm in height) is included in the purchase. These make a wonderful display/conversation piece.

A jewel, reliquary pendant. The receptacle is silver embossed, the cover is copper with mercury gilding embossed decoration of Buddhist emblems. A coral bead is set in the center. A ring is provided for a suspension cord. The part opposite this ring is a hollow cylinder. It is possible that there was another mobile part now lost? However I do not see any wear that a moving part would have necessarily left traces and the jewel is well balanced so...

DESCRIPTION: A Chinese export filigree bar pin fashioned from three hardstone discs, two of jade and one carnelian, mounted in delicate, decorative openwork made from thin twisted wire. Most likely dating to the Victorian era (1837 – 1901) when such pins were fashionably worn at the neck fastening two collars, the pin is in very good condition with no chips to the stones and slight wear to the wirework. DIMENSIONS: 3 ¾” long (9.5 cm) x 1 3/8” wide (3.5 cm).

This unusual jade (jadeite) pendant is 2 ¼” long, 2” wide (measured from the widest part) and 5/8” thick (measured from the thickest part). It is a late 19th or early 20th century product.
