The carved melon shape agate snuff bottle is 2 ¾ inches tall, 1½ inches wide and a little bit more than 1 inch thick. The color is from beige to burgundy and it is very well hollowed. It depicts a little monkey sitting on a double gourd. The top of the bottle is carved as a small branch with leaves. The workmanship is wonderful, well carved and polished. A large and stupendous glass vase with a wide mouth decorated with deep, green abstract bands on gold foil by glass artist Tabuchi Koseki (b. 1932). This interesting melon shape agate snuff bottle is 1 ½ inches tall, 2 ¼ inches wide and 3quarters of an inch thick. It depicts a young boy climbing a tree.
