The 43 X 33 millimeter oval shell cameo is set in a 14Kt white gold filigree frame with flower designs and enhanced by four emeralds. The broach also has a fold down bail that makes the piece double as a pendant. The overall measurements of the broach is 2” high and 1 ½” wide.
