Made using ancient glass eye bead(celadon color) , agarwood bead and the eye agate bead
An 8 pound chunk of glass, measuring 8" by 6 1/2" by 5". It is challenging to photograph, but what looks at first much like a generally black object actually has beautiful, emerald-green crystalline-appearing inclusions. It could stand to be polished up, as it has an abraded surface and edge wear in places from handling...
A poster from 1984 advertising Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer's documentary "That's Dancing", which explored the history of dancing in the movies, SIGNED AND DEDICATED "To Merton Shapiro Best Wishes Gene Kelly" in white at lower right. A copy of the 2011 autobiographical book "Happy Accidents" by comedienne Jane Lynch, dedicated by her to "Anthony" in marker and signed boldly on that page as well. This is an autobiography of the tall blonde actress and tv personality, addressing, among other topics, her life as a gay woman. The book is clean and fresh, just slight wear to top front edge of dust jacket. Measures 9 1/2" by 6 1/4" by 3/4".
A PAIR of original glossy black and white photos of actors HURD HATFIELD (1917-1998) and GENE NELSON (1920-1996), circa 1940's, both autographed and inscribed to an as yet unidentified "Wilson", which is the principal reason why I have decided to sell them together (they are also identical sizes and identically framed and matted). The Hatfield has the following inscription at left: "For Wilson--with admiration for his dancing---In friendship--Yours, Hurd Hatfield"...
A copy of "America's Cup XXVII", The Official Record 1988", documenting the run-up to the event, the event itself, and the aftermath, the book signed by famous skipper Dennis Conner, then dedicated "To Mort, Thanks for all your help". Mort Bloom, from whose estate this was acquired, was an active participant in the Southern California yacht club and boat racing scene, and a judge of those races...
A copy of 1971's bestseller book "The Exorcist", by William Peter Blatty, published by Harper and Row, this copy in dust jacket and **SIGNED** in black marker pen by the author. This may or may not be a first edition, but apparently it is not "first state" even if it is, as the last number on the last page is a "5"...
Autographed in blue ink on the title page, this is a copy of Bill Bradley's 1996 memoir "Time Present, Time Past", in which the 1970's basketball star, and subsequent nationally-known presidential candidate and United States Senator describes his life's journey from small town Missouri through his public service. This is a fifth edition, from February 1996, in very good condition, with dusty dust jacket showing minimal wear. Pages are clean...
A hand signed copy of the 1996 First Edition copy of "Ghost of a Chance", the memoir of pianist and bandleader PETER DUCHIN (1937-), son of the swing musician Eddy Duchin. The younger Duchin led a glittering life in high society during the middle years of the century, and the interesting tales of his privileged upbringing and performance history are detailed in this hard cover book. The book measures 9 1/2" by 7". The original dust jacket is included...
Black and white photo (9 3/4" by 8", 16" by 13 3/4" framed) of Rick "Ricky" Nelson, circa late 1950's, autographed at right and inscribed "To Jill". The signature and inscription are bold and nicely placed at right center. Nelson officially changed his name to "Rick" in 1961, so this might have been signed after that. The framing seems to be circa late 1960's or 1970's. Nelson was born in Teaneck, New Jersey...
Own the art that inspired Picasso and so many other 20th century artists........the sculpture originating in Africa. This is a later 20th century hand-made piece. Note the painted eyebrow area, the drilled rows of holes, and the interesting surface and color. I don't know the area of the continent from which this came but I suppose a specialist collector could tell immediately. It's a very interesting and decorative piece for the home. Size is approximately 12" by 6 1/2" by 3".
For the fan of professional women's basketball, this is a medium size vintage Women's NBA t-shirt, of the Los Angeles Sparks, dating from approximately 1999 to 2001, signed on the cloth in marker by five or six members of the team. I am not a keen basketball fan or knowledgeable about women's basketball, but I have researched this item online and determined that at least two of the autographs are by Allison Feaster, and Ukari Figgs, and I believe Mwadi Mabika...

A vintage red metal Pall Mall cigarettes box, intended for gift giving at the Christmas season. The 8 1/2" by 6 1/2" by 2" box has authentic wear with scratches, some paint loss, staining, light corrosion, etc. This is not my area of specialty but I am guessing the age to be about 1925 to 1945 range.
A wonderful and charming pair of Navajo child's moccasins made of hide and fur with turquoise bead decorations.
Superb condition with no flaws or problems of consequence.
