A Japanese gilt copper hanging lantern decorated with engraved motifs of scrolling clouds, waves, and vines. The bottom contains a six petaled flower like design. This 20th century export Japanese ivory okimono is 7 ¾ inches high, 2 ½ inches wide and 1 ¼ inches deep. It depicts a well dressed young geisha wearing formal straw hat and carrying an instrument ready to perform. There is a red artist signature on the side. It is in excellent condition.

This white and pink carved coral piece was made around 1960. The artist used the natural coral shape to create two dragons. It is 5 ¼ inches tall and 6 ½ inches at the widest part. Though the subject is common, the carving and polish are very well done. It is in great condition.

A pair of beautiful early 20th C. Chinese sterling silver bangles, with lots of good luck Chinese characters carved on the bangle, it's usually for birthday's gift in Chines tadition. In excellent condition. Signed. D: 2-1/4".

This glass inside painting snuff bottle is 3 inches high and 1 ¾ inches wide. One side depicts well-known scenery of Huang Shan(Hu Bei Province); the other side depicts four cranes under a pine tree. The artist, Hong Sheng, is from Shantou City, Canton Province. It has an ivory spoon and cap made of serpentine. It came with a lacquered wood box and it is in good condition.

This mid 20th century carved ivory netsuke of a monkey is 1 ½” high, 1 5/8” wide and 1 ¼” thick. It depicts a sitting monkey holding a fruit branch. The signature is on the bottom of his back leg. It is in great condition.
