A Chinese Yixing Teapot, Qing Dynasty. Length approximately 15.6 cm (the tipspout to the handle) and height 11.2 cm. The teapot has chip at the tipspout. Good condition.
Chinese silk painting done with a scenic view of a village within a mountain setting with a lake in the background with the villagers going about their daily activities. There is calligraphy with a seal in red reading "Lin You Xing". The dating within the calligraphy states that it was painted in the spring season.

An Algonquin lidded sewing or yarn basket circa 1930s. This lovely Native American 10" tall and 6-1/2" across utility sewing basket has large hoop handles and the lid has a coiled wood yarn guide opening on the lid. It retains traces of the original natural dyes on the exterior while the interior of the body and lid show the bright red, orange and green of the original colours...
Okimono nicely carved to represent a bearded dignitary standing, wearing formal attire. Ivory, fine patina. Japan, early 20th century. Height: 25 cm. Old accidents and restorations (see photos), otherwise good condition.

Beautifully rich Black Chinese Monochrome. A scholar's object, this vase has a gorgeous deep black oil spot coloring, 19th century.

Pair of Chinese mirror image porcelain lantern vases painted in qianjiang enamels showing a scholar and his student in a garden setting with the student offering the scholar a flower branch. There is writing on each vase in black and on the base is a six character mark in iron red.
Condition of these vases is good with no chips or breaks. The black writing has faded.

Interesting Chinese lunch box with an old porcelain in lid. This porcelain may have been a
part of an old vase once. Measurements: 7 1/8 inches x 4 3/8 inches x8 1/4 inches high. Mint condition.

Condition: Excellent. Wave in paper where original publisher's tag is attached to the back.
The Matsumoto catalog states, "They are planting the young-rice in the rain, singing a charming song as they work."
An early and rarely seen design.
A Chinese bronze bowl. Diameter approximately 24 cm and height approximately 10.5 cm. There is a repair mark from original production. Good condition.
A finely done Japanese bamboo basket used as a flower container made by the second Shochikusai. The handle is done in a way as if the vine appears to grow out from the basket and fine strips of bamboo are woven throughout the vase. Fine woven bamboo baskets require the highest skills to create the rhythmic geometric patterns and form. Age: Showa Period Size: length 10" width 6.5" height 18.75"

This densely embroidered purse is from Katawaz (Ghazni province), Afghanistan and measures 12x25 cm when opened, 11x12.5 cm when closed. The metallic thread embroidery is not taken through the background fabric but applied onto it in satin stitches, laid parallel to each other and held down by tiny stitches in orange thread.
