A Chinese jade vase of flat baluster shape with Mughal style carving of flora and foliage to the body and the cover decorated with lappets. The vase is well hollowed and the stone is of pale hue with one natural vein. Age; late Qing, early 20 C. size: 16.3 cm high. condition; very good.

Unique Chinese carved rock crystal double carp snuff bottle. This snuff bottle features two carps reaching upwards against a sea wave base. The smaller carp with it's mouth open and the larger carp with a rock crystal stopper in it's mouth. The double carp is a symbol in Chinese mythology for a happy union in marriage.

Chinese Ma Shaoxuan glass inside painted portrait snuff bottle of a Chinese official. Spoon with red stone stopper (believed to be agate). Recessed base. On the front with the picture there is 6 characters of writing. On the back there is a poem with a red seal.

A set of three antique Blanc de Chine tea bowls made in the Dehua kilns. Each white bowl thinly potted of plain form with flared lip and tapering sides. Glazed all over in a creamy white glaze except for the foot ring. Purchased from a collection of antique Chinese porcelain belonging to an investment house.

Chinese antique blue and white stoneware vase. Painted in under-glaze blue with a central theme of a bird among flowering branches with animal head side handles holding stationary rings. Decorated the same on the opposite side. There is a blue hue to the glaze. Glazed on the inside and base with the base rim unglazed...

Chinese antique large porcelain circular box with cover decorated in polychrome floral decoration. The base and cover are decorated with peonies flowers on branches in both white and famille rose. There is a six character blue Qianlong seal mark on the base.

Chinese Porcelain Sang de boeuf, Iron Red puppy dog with Celadon glaze, Ca. 1930's, 3 1/4" high, 4" wide x 1 3/4" deep, with curled tail and bell in front of the neck. Underglaze Ox blood and celadon glaze and bottom is unglazed. The condition is good, no damages.

A large Chinese tapering two-handled 'palace' vase, Hu in 18th century imperial style, decorated principally around the body on the yellow ground with groups of pomegranate and clusters of bats supporting fylfots, below a wide band of lotus and scrolling foliage, underglaze blue waves in a band at the rim, lappets at the foot, the handles as blue elephant heads, the base with an apocryphal seal mark of the Qianlong emperor (1736-1795) on a turquoise ground...

A Chinese antique pear shaped snuff bottle done in glass overlay with four colours on an opaque white ground. The bottle of compressed ovoid form raising from an oval foot to a tall cylindrical neck. One carved side shows a bird perched on a tall branch holding fruit. On this side the maker has also affixed his mark, from Yangzhou School. On the reverse it shows a bird with overhead butterflies and insects hovering over lily pods in the water...

A Chinese cloisonne enamel dish with a central medallion made to imitate dreamstone outlined with a border enameled with flowers and butterflies on a blue ground with an additional border with flowers on a white ground. The dish is completed with a copper rim in a wave design. The back enameled in the same design around the rim with the center enameled in blue. All with gilded wires...

A Chinese shoushan seal carved in its natural form. On one side it shows a man riding a donkey, with another kneeling gathering items under a large tree. The reverse reveals a home in the distance. On this side, there is also a four character carved mark. This seal is carved all around using its natural colours and striations for features within the carving. The base holds the seal...

A Chinese duan inkstone housed in a fitted carved box, most probably for a scholar. The box is carved with birds on flowering branches. The box sits on four corner mounts. The stone is carved with a poem. I believe that the box is zitan. (Note: Some of the pictures have been lightened to show the detail.)

The flared rim over narrowing sides decorated with a continuous scene of figures in a landscape setting meeting others bearing banners with gifts finely painted in rich tones of underglaze blue. In the distance a man leads a buffalo beside a cliff face. The top and bottom with incised scroll borders. The inside glazed white. The base left bare. No markings.
