Vintage Japanese glass obidome (sash ornament) with domed top containing delicate multicolored flower with stem and leaves on lattice background. Obidome is worn on an obi cord that holds the obi sash together, it is the only type of jewelry worn by Japanese women on formal occasions, and could serve as netsuke as well. Beautiful design, excellent quality glasswork, very pleasant to hold. Metal fixture with two loops on the back for an obi cord. Diameter 1 1/16 inches.

Huanghuali altar table decorated with carved decorations. The altar table has a square maize design repeated around the base of the table. The legs are decorated with carved panels of dragons climbing through clouds. The Huanghuali table top is very beautiful with strong grain patterns. Late Republic period. A nicely patinated soapstone stamp seal, Chinese, 19th.-20th. century AD.

A nice seal from the Gustav Oberländer collection, aquired the late 1980s to the collection. In yellowish brown soapstone with carvings on all sides in archaic style. Some wear and marks of use.

Size: 40 mm. tall and 27 mm. wide.

Cambodian temple wall hanging, painted with 5 buddhas each with a different mudra and a different animal, beautiful large blossoming lotus in center, blue ground, painted on cotton, some wear and losses, mid 20th century. Size: 73 1/2" high x 44 1/4" wide.

The material of vase is crackle glazed eathenware. It is more Satsuma type body but not small crackle as Satsuma. Nice Gold design with the panoramaic landscape painting over the two section of vase. The vase itself is in square shape, but the two handles are located on the corner on each end which make more unique. Well design with the gold works with beaded and moriage gold. It is all handpainted. The backside of vase is with plain finish which give you for the change...
