This porcelain demitasse cup, saucer and plate was produced in German by Meissen between 1924 and the 1930s. The plate measures 6 1/4 inches in diameter and the saucer is 4 1/4 inches in diameter and 1 inch deep. The cup is 2 inches high with a diameter of 2 1/2 inches. The fan is 8.7 inches (22 cm) long by 15.2 inches (40 cm) wide when opened. Each leaf is 8.7 inches (22 cm) long by 0.6 inch (1.5 cm) wide. The box is 8.7 inches (5 cm) tall by 8.7 inches (4.3 cm) long by 0.6 inch (26 cm) wide. It is 50.6 gram.

Exceptional early Showa Period c.1937 art deco bronze flower vase in the original signed paulownia box. The kanji on the box reads: Chudo Ume Moyo "bronze vase with plum petal motif. Also Kabin or "flower vase". On the inside is the signature of Tatsugo and his seal. The bronze has plum petals in raised relief and inside small crosses. Okii Hashimoto, Japanese (1899-1993), woodblock print titled in pencil in the left margin, pencil signed on the lower margin, the artist’s printed signature on right and red seal on the lower left of the print. Probably from the 1960’s. The paper is 23 ½ b7 17 ½ inches (59.5 x 44.5 cm), image 21 ½ by 15 5/8 inches (54.5 x 39.5 cm). The wormy chestnut frame is 30 by 23 inches.

Condition; good with good bleed through to the back, though there is residue of old mounting with masking tape...
