Measures 16 1/2" x 19 1/2" x 8". condition was cold painted at a later date though 99% of the paint has been removed.The left foot left toe is missing though a rough toe was created but we removed it during the cleaning it will come with the sculpture.

The box measures 8 3/4" by 6 1/4" by 2 3/4". On the bottom one can see under the paint the original incised declarations of authenticity of the cigars, including notary public seal from Ulster County, New York, and other information that is difficult to decipher...

Chinese Famille Rose Porcelain shaped covered container or Box for cosmetic articles, early 1900's, 2 3/8" wide x 1 5/8" wide, 3/4" high, with pink floral design on top, some rough spots around the rim, not damages.

Original circa 1930's Chocolat Vinay box, circular, 9 3/4" diameter, 2 1/8" in height, the outer surfaces covered in lithographed patterns featuring what appear to be white roses against a Deco style patterned background. The interior of the box is printed in a gold and violet rose pattern. The bottom is a dark red, with the identification of the manufacturer of the chocolates. The box though it exhibits heavy wear---on the surfaces, and edges----retains a collectability...

Incense box of irregular circular shape. Over a light gray clay thickly applied opaque, lightly crackled glaze with feldspar that leaves bare a few small areas uncovered, which colored orange red during firing. On the cover a few circular black-brown underglaze "brush strokes".
Although bottom and cover clearly match, they do not make an airtight close line, but leave a couple of gaps. Few very short firing cracks.

This porcelain covered box was produced in Germany by Meissen between 1924 and 1934. It has the underglaze blue crossed swords marking with the dot on top. The box is made of the finest porcelain that the Western world has ever produced. It measures 4 ¾ inches long, 3 ¾ inches wide and 1 ¾ inches deep. The decoration is Kakiemon style, inspired by the Asian cultures. The hand painted design of a butterfly and stylized flowers is very colorful and finely detailed...

Japanese Nippon Porcelain Potpourri Jar and top and inner cover, 1940's, 4 1/2" high, 4 3/4" widest, 2 3/8" diameter top cover, with six(6) open reticulated coin shape openings, various floral and birds design on yellow background. The condition is good.

A unique piece, made of a tropical wood, 12 1/4" by 6" by 3 1/4", the box hinged, opening from the top, revealing scooped-out recesses when opened. A bird incised with a burning tool and the date 1964 also so incised appear on the front portion that opens out. On the sides, likewise, a design is burned into the wood. This appears to me to be of Caribbean (Haitian?), Mexican/Central American or South American origin, though I suppose it could be African (I think, much less likely). When found...

Soft wood (probably pine) carved shore bird decoy, likely 19th century, with authentic wear including missing paint, pellet holes, and broken off beak. The work measures approximately 9 1/2" by 6" extreme dimensions, not including the wood base. The eyes appear to be metallic tacks. I am not a decoy specialist but wonder if this might be by any recognized carver. In any event, the piece is a great example of folk art Americana.

A hand carved wood totem pole on a round base, made for the tourist trade at mid-century, no signature, 7" high and 6 1/4" widest point on the wings, with original yellow sticker on the back from Indian Craft Shoppe, 905 Government Street, Victoria, British Columbia. There is a little chip off the tip of one wing, otherwise is in good condition.
