An interesting bronze mirror with its original lead handle. This is rare as most of the time the lead handles have been replaced because the original has disintegrated. Diameter 14 cm, Length 21 cm. Mounted on a museum quality stand.

Decorated with dragons, fish, butterflies and long life characters, inlaid with glass beads. The enamels in green, red, purple and several shades of blue. This type of tiaras was worn by high ranking court ladies at the end of the Qing Dynasty. Size: W. 20 cm , H. 11 cm. Height including stand 38 cm.

Comprising 20 figures: 4 carriers with a sedan chair, musicians and figures carrying objects. Made of pottery with purple and turquoise glaze, red and black pigments. The figures 19,5 cm tall, the sedan chair 22,5 cm tall (including the detachable roof knob). This group was excavated in the southeast of the Shanxi Province. It is very hard to find big groups like this. Condition: expected age wear, a chip to the inside of the front of the sedan chair, some glaze chips, but all pieces without repairs. A very fine example of Burmese lacquer ware, dating from the Mandalay period, ca. late 19th/early 20th century. Apart from sone minor chips to the lacquer and normal age wear, this offering bowl is in excellent condition. H. 58 cm. Diameter 31 cm.

Rare and large bronze shrine. The central figure is a Jina or Tirthankara. He is surrounded by small Jina's on the back plate. Each of the 24 Tirthankaras is represented by an animal or a symbol. There is an engraved animal on the foot of this shrine, but it is hard to distinguish which animal it is. The shrine is in an excellent condition, all three parts belong together, there are no repairs. It has a clean appearance due to the daily worshipping and washing tradition in Jainism.
