Porcelain vase decorated with carved peonies and glazed in the typical blueish green Qingbai color. H. 23 cm. Condition: some discoloring, a firing crack on the shoulder (under the glaze)and a very small star crack in the glaze on the inside of the mouth. China, Song Dynasty (960-1279)
Made of pottery, glazed in green and ochre, cold painted with red and black pigments. H. 19 cm. Condition: expected age wear, no repairs. Excavated in the southeast of the Shanxi Province. Ming Dynasty (1368-1644)
Comprising 20 figures: 4 carriers with a sedan chair, musicians and figures carrying objects.
Made of pottery with purple and turquoise glaze, red and black pigments. The figures 19,5 cm tall, the sedan chair 22,5 cm tall (including the detachable roof knob). This group was excavated in the southeast of the Shanxi Province. It is very hard to find big groups like this. Condition: expected age wear, a chip to the inside of the front of the sedan chair, some glaze chips, but all pieces without repairs. Min g Dynasty (1368-1644)

A large Chinese pottery censer on animal feet with a lovely blue and purple glaze. Tomb pottery, Ming Dynasty (1368-1644). H. 24,5 cm. Excellent condition with expected age wear.
Decorated with dragons, fish, butterflies and long life characters, inlaid with glass beads.
The enamels in green, red, purple and several shades of blue. This type of tiaras was worn by high ranking court ladies at the end of the Qing Dynasty. Size: W. 20 cm , H. 11 cm.

A very unusual piece that I've never seen before. Possibly this lamp was made as an advertising piece for a lamp shop, or maybe it was used in an opium kit. The foot has decorations in reliëf, covered with enamels.

A very rare lacquered wood opium box. The outside decorated with poems, seals flower branches and a bird. The lid with brass handles. When folded out the lid and front become a tray. The box offers place to 5 pipe bowls and a lamp and has two drawers for tools. At the back of the mirror there is another compartment.Under the drawers there is space for a small metal tray. A very rare piece of opium paraphernalia. China, late 19th to early 20th century. Dimensions (closed): 23 x 16 x 14,5 cm. Excellent condition with expected age wear.

An export blue and white plate decorated with a bird and floral patterns. Kangxi period (1662-1722). Marked with an Artemisia leaf. Diameter 27 cm. The silver handle was added in 1854 by the wellknown Dutch silversmith J.M. van Kempen in Utrecht(later in Voorschoten). In the 19th century it was very fashionable in The Netherlands to add silver mounts, lids and handles to antique porcelain objects. Silvermarks: walking lion (silver grade 835), minerva head, maker's mark and year letter U for 1854. Condition: the plate has minor chips to the footrim, otherwise perfect, on the silver handle the top part of one of the leaves is missing.
