A pair of modernist sterling silver screw back earrings in a tulip design by the noted MCM studio jeweler, Paul Lobel. Constructed of a layer of oxidized sterling with a contrasting polished curved sterling wire overlay.

Screw backs measure 1 1/8" long and 3/4" across and hold securely. They are marked LOBEL Sterling and the screw part is marked Sterling.

A wonderful sterling silver cuff bracelet made for the United States Military Academy at West Point, (USMA), by the New York silver firm, L. Markowitz. Sterling overlay spells out USMA in Arts and Crafts stylized letters.

Measures 5" around with an opening of 1". Measures 1 1/4" wide. The size could be adjusted if needed.

A vintage modernist brooch, #368 designed by Henning Koppel for Georg Jensen. Marked on the back Georg Jensen in a dotted oval, 925S, Denmark, and style number 368.

Measures about 1 3/4"square. Three dimensional. Rollover clasp holds securely. Has minor surface scratches.

A vintage hand wrought sterling silver brooch from the American Studio Modernist jeweler, John Lewis. Made up of multiple circles at different heights and contrasting textures. You can see the light hammering around the edge.

Measures about 2 1/4" across and 2" high. Heavy and substantial. Weighs 38 gr. Marked Sterling and with the crossed JL mark of the artist. It is marked under the pin making it difficult to photograph.

A pair of sterling silver screw back earrings in a mid century modernist design. We have seen only one other pair in almost the exact design signed Ed Wiener. Constructed of a layer of oxidized sterling with a contrasting polished curved sterling wire overlay.

The earrings measure 1 1/4" high and 7/8" across and hold securely. They are marked with Sterling, hand wrought and a partial W in a triangle. The screw part is marked Sterling.

A modernist sterling silver ring and a matching pair of earrings with a ribbon or knot design by the Swedish jewelry maker Alton.

The ring measures a size 7 now, but is adjustable.

Marked Alton, F for the city mark, Swedish silver standard, B10, (date code for 1976), Sterling and 925.

Face of the ring measures 7/8" long and 5/8" across. There are some minor lines on the edges but they look to be original and were probably made when the pieces were folded. Has a little tarnish.

The first pair has a more traditional design. They measure 1 1/8" long and 3/4" wide. Marked with the script Hans Hansen signature, Denmark, 925S and style #422. The clips hold securely. Have a warm patina.

The second pair are round with raised domes surrounded by oxidized silver. They measure 5/8" across. They are marked HaH, Denmark and 925S. The screw backs hold securely. Show very minor wear. ...

A beautifully hand made sterling silver brooch by Daniel Pedersen who also worked for Kalo. This brooch measures 3" long and 1 1/2" across. Marked Sterling. Has a rollover clasp that closes tightly. Warm patina, heavy weight and well made. Collector quality.

An iconic pair of sterling silver earrings by Frank Miraglia, based on a famous Ed Wiener design. Originally based on a photograph of the well known modernist dancer and choreographer, Martha Graham.

Earrings measure 1" tall and 3/4" across. Signed F. Miraglia N.Y. Sterling. Screw part is also signed Sterling. Screw backs work fine and hold tightly. Have a minor amount of tarnish.

An iconic copper, brass and enamel bracelet by Casa Maya Mexico in the much desired Kiss design. This design is pictured on the front of Sandy Hargrove's book, "Maya Jewelry". Bracelet measures 7" around and 1 1/2" wide. Has a drop that hangs 2 1/2" down. Closes securely with a bar sliding between two tubes. Marked with a partial Maya Mexico stamp. A vintage sterling silver pendant with a teardrop Australian opal cabochon on a lightly hand hammered link chain. Pendant measures 2" long and 1" across. Chain measures about 20" long. Double hook closure. Has some minor areas of tarnish. Nice work by a talented artisan.

A fine, unusual sterling silver and pearl two layered brooch in an abstract design. Inside layer has a darkened patina. Has three small pearls attached to the inside. Curved three dimensional design. Measures 2 3/8" across and 1" wide. Has a rollover clasp that holds securely. Has a cutout mark on the back that may indicate the maker, but we do not recognize it. Has a little tarnish. Well constructed, interesting design.

A modernist sterling silver and glass brooch or pendant signed 925, Zilka Hand Made. Measures 4" across and 2 1/2" high. Has a bale so can be worn on a neck ring or chain and a rollover safety clasp to be worn as a brooch. Nice warm patina. Great organic design.

A sterling silver brooch with leaves and two suspended berries by Joan Polsdorfer, who signed her work JoPoL, and was the first American designer to work for Georg Jensen, USA. She also sold her work directly to high end retail outlets. Brooch measures 1 7/8" across and 2 1/2" high. Marked on the back JoPoL, Sterling and design number 472. Has a rollover safety clasp that holds securely. Warm patina. Great Arts and Crafts design.

A very well crafted pair of sterling silver earrings and matching pendant, each with a prong set rose quartz stone. We especially like how the prongs are formed from folding pieces of the main parts. Pendant measures 2 1/2" long and 1 3/4" across. Would look nice on a chain or neck ring. Screw back earrings measure 1 3/8" high and 1 1/8" across. Screw backs are marked T2 and Sterling. They hold securely. Very nice condition, warm patina. Great modernist design.

A vintage modernist set of Cufflinks with matching Tiebar in sterling and exotic wood from Sigi Pineda, Taxco Mexico. Cufflinks measure 1 1/8" long and 3/4" wide. Tiebar measures 2 1/8" long and 3/8" wide. Marked Sterling Made in Mexico, Sigi Tasco, Eagle 3, and with design number 52 on the back of the tiebar.
