A rare underglaze blue decorated porcelain coffee can (cup) attractively painted in Chinese taste and made for export to Europe, circa 1725-1750, during the reign of either the Yongzheng or Qianlong emperors. Condition - there are three repaired rim chips, two with associated hairlines and there is a small area of glaze loss to the inside of the handle (please view enlargements). 6.8cm (2.7inches) high; 6cm (2.3inches) diameter.
