A rare and finely carved Chinese Celadon Green JADE CHIMERA, 18/19th Century. Intricately detailed work with beautiful stylized wings. Very good condition, no repairs. Provenance: from an important Washington D.C. diplomatic estate. Size: 7.5 cm. (3"), 185 gr.

Pair of Small Blue and White Ko Sometsuke Dishes. Decorated in the centre with two birds and branches, the rim with butterflies. Chinese Tianqi C1621/27. Diameter 14.6 cm. Condition: very good, some fritting to rims, chip 1.5 cm to inside footrim of second dish. No other chips, cracks or restoration.

Blanc de Chine figure of Guanyin, seated with a boy holding a ruyi sceptre on her lap. Above a dragon among waves, with Longnu, the Jade Maiden and Shoukai, the Golden Youth to either side. Kangxi C1680. Height 22.7cm. Condition: vase to left of figure missing, two fingers chipped on Guanyin's hand. Usual firing faults.

A famille rose dish decorated with figure painting by famous Jingdezhen ceramic painter Fan Zi Ting. Early 20th century. The dish is in perfect condition beside one small chip on the tip of a flower and the fade gilt on edges. Please study photos carefully. Size: 11-1/2"X10-1/4"X1".

A hexagonal open-work cast bronze incense stick or utensils holder with two dragon handles, standing on three feet. The sides showing four high-relief immortals and two lotus flowers, the base with lattice pattern. Condition: traces of age. Dimension: height: c. 16.3 cm, c. 14.8 cm wide.

DESCRIPTION: A fine Chinese boxwood water-well basket toggle, intricately carved in an acorn shape with a realistic and detailed basket weave pattern with carved wood rim. The arched overhead handle has a free-carved wood ring attached; the interior is hollowed out. Excellent condition, a beautiful toggle, 19th C. For a similar example see: Schuyler Cammann, Substance and Symbol in Chinese Toggles, #188, p.228. DIMENSIONS: 1-3/4” high.

A rosewood box with beautiful grain and very nice patina. Late Qing Dynasty. There are cracks and chips on it, hinges and lock are missing - please refer to photos for detail. Dimensions: 15.5cmX11.5cmX8.5cm.

Pair of Chinese Southern Song dynasty qingbai (yingqing) porcelain glazed funerary jars with short rounded body decorated on the base of the long neck with a relief stringy dragon striding above seven moulded applied human figures standing side by side around the circumference. A pair of Chinese porcelain cups decorated with birds and flowers in famille rose enamel. 19th century. Matching hardwood stands. The cups are in perfect condition; the hardwood stands have small age cracks. Diameter of cups: 3".

Well potted with rounded shoulders, the base with an unglazed foot burnt red color. Body covered by the glaze of bright blue-green tone.

Pair Chinese Famille Rose Wall Pocket, hanging Wall Vase, later part of 1800's, 10 1/2" high, 4 1/4" wide-widest part, 2 1/2" deep top area, overglazed Famille Rose decoration of Mother and child in the garden scenery within the border of low relief pattern of the Ruyi Head. Chinese letters written on the upper right side. The condition is good.
