Antique Chinese white jadeite carved bangle, with light blueish-grey areas and a lovely smokiness. Size: 2.75" width, 5/16" thickness

The saddle seat is Leather and decorated with small tuffs of wool yarn and strips of flat metal (presumed low grade silver) which are embed into the leather in an ornate geometric design.

I replaced the tie which secured the front of the seat to the metal saddle tree...the original cord was literally falling apart...Limited research indicates this saddle was from Rajastan India.

Japanese antique bamboo basket, with beautiful handle attached at the lower sides and bound with special decorative stylized knots. Hexagonal body of woven herringbone pattern. Feet at bottom are made of special decorative knots that are attached to ribbed shaped splines. Signed at bottom. The characters are: 寿雲斎作 "Made by Juunsai (寿雲斎)". Overall excellent condition.

A pair of bronze temple lanterns with a cross pattern design in the section where the light would be placed. The pair may have been used in a small shrine within a temple altar complex. Age: 20th century. Size: Height: 15" Diameter: 8.5"

This elaborate woman's dress bodice is from Afghanistan, formerly Baluchistan. The fabric was first elaborately embroidered with an applique of thin strands of braids. Then it was heavily decorated with coins and beads.

A beautifully carved grey-green hard stone vase with carved panels of chrysanthemums on its front and backside. The handles have been carved elaborately with creeping vine motifs, while two carved hard stone rings hang from each one. The lid has been carved with the same vine motif and large finial. Large Japanese porcelain baluster vase, decorated all over with beautiful scenes of mountains and waterfalls, pavilions peek through trees and boat sail on water. The shoulders of the vase are painted with mountain peeks in green and blue and swirling purple mist. Mark on bottom states that this is Arita ware from the Egami Studio. Taisho Period c1920. This early 20th century carved jadeite lady is 6 ¾ inches tall (with base, it is 8 inches tall), 2 ½ inches wide and I inch thick. It depicts a lady holding a branch of flowers. A crane is standing next to her. It is in great condition.
