This is a museum quality and large amber glazed pouch ewer from the Liao Dynasty (907-1125). Tall and handsome, it stands on a flat splay foot rising upwards to a bulging side body with a long vertical spout with foliated mouth rim and a rounded handle instead of the pinch handle. The whole pouch ewer is coated with dark amber glaze on a white colour slip stopping short of the splay foot rim showing the red colour stoneware. Description: A Longquan ewer was mold in a lovely size.
Being applied with characteristic celadon glaze, the ewer was exquisitely mold in a typical shape of a handled ewer pot.
The ewer stands by a well shaped foot ring which the revealed body clay was in pale gray tint when the charming firing-red was obviously developed.
The celadon glaze is beautiful and milky condition were obvious too.
In a lovely size and great glaze condition, incursions were nevertheless happened to the spout...

Description:

A bronze sitting Buddha was well cast by well rendered carving craftsmanship.
In very good metal material, the ancient bronze figure was coated with darken patina and reflected with retrospective sheen.
He was preserved in perfect condition only with some casting holes on the back.
He was well depicted in details and showed a grandeur look despite the small size.
An old collection wood box is accompanied.

Large Chinese Jin Dynasty (1125-1234 AD) Honan brown glazed truncated meiping vase decorated with cut glaze concentric circular designs on the shoulders. Two strap handles flank both sides of the short neck. 11"H x 11 1/2" diameter. Very good overall condition. There are a few scattered small pit holes, which are original production imperfections (see enlargement 3). Some scratches in the glaze are evident as is typical for a piece of this age.

Very Rare Chinese Song / Yuan Dynasty Textured & Interior Glazed Porcelain Wine Cup

This extremely rare (unique?) porcelain wine cup was made during the 12th - 14th Century (Song - Yuan Dynasty). The inner surface is coated in a finely-crackled pale olive-green celadon or qingbai type of glaze. But its most interesting feature is the unglazed textured outer wall, decorated with cord or fabric impressions. There is a firing bubble to the inner surface.

Fine Chinese Song / Yuan Dynasty Qingbai Glazed Porcelain Bowl

This attractively-shaped monochrome glazed porcelain bowl with flared rim was made during the 13th / 14th Century (Late Song - Yuan Dynasty). It is coated in a glossy finely-crackled transparent pale greenish-blue qingbai glaze save for the inner surface of the small foot that remains unglazed.

Diameter 13.5 cm (5.25 inches). It is in fine condition and is free from any restoration or repair.
