A beautiful late Victorian 18K yellow gold and platinum ring set with a 1/2-carat oval ruby bordered with rose cut diamonds set in platinum. The ruby is graded as slightly purplish-red color, medium-dark tone and moderately strong saturation (slpR 6/4) and shows no indicated of heat or other treatment. The carat weight of rose cut diamonds cannot be accurately determined by measurement, but they have the visual appearance of being about a half carat in total weight...

These Margot de Taxco necklaces with a large drop are getting very difficult to find. The drop has a stone 1 in. in diameter and the wearable length is a comfortable 17 in. long. The drop is 2.25 in. long and 2 in. across. No chips or cracks to the stone and no striations that come to the surface. A hefty weight of 74 grams reflect the quality of this treasure. The nine diamonds with the approximate total weight of 1.0Ct are set in individual square shaped settings. The size is the size of an average bangle bracelet, which would fit a small to slightly larger than average wrist.

A VERY rare and magnificent Art Deco Fred Davis silver and amethyst bracelet. The large rectangular amethyst and silver bars are the focal point of the piece but then the eye travels over the 11 round amethysts centered between silver links.
