Strong, unique & one of his most desirable creations this 970 sterling silver cuff was designed & signed in the 1950's by Taxco, Mexico artist Antonio Pineda (1919-2009). Spratling often used an arrow or an arrowhead in his designs. Here he pairs 925 sterling silver with matte onyx in each arrowhead link for an eye-catching combination. The necklace measures 17" long and 9/16" wide. The earrings are 1" high and inlaid with chrysocolla on the front panels. Together the necklace and earrings weigh a comfortable 57 grams. Circa 1960, this Italian silver duck was probably made by Egenio and Enrico Ranzoni. His feathers display exquisite detail and his bill and feet are gilded. He measures approximately 8" long from bill to tail and 3.26" tall, from his webbed feet to the middle of his back. He is beautifully made and in excellent condition. The overall weight is just over .75 lb.

Circa 1943-1948, the "Armadillo" design was originally created by Valentin Vidaurreta. It's a very striking and unique piece which immediately commands attention. This bracelet has two opposing silver discs set in the center of a black strap with a silver buckle closure. The strap is very fine leather, with suede on the outside and smooth leather on the inside. Measures 7 5/8" end to end. Closed, wearable length is 7 1/4"...

The gold sheen obsidian in this signed Los Castillo design # 201 is an excellent choice for dressing up in the little black dress or for a more formal occasion as well. Strong, using rivets to form the heavy links built on a curve. A substantial weight of 98 grams further assures it's integrity. Ca 1940 Here is another early bracelet and necklace with hematite stones created by Laurence Foss, a designer at Georg Jensen. The stones are in perfect condition and the silver has a lovely patina. Both the necklace and bracelet are marked with the Foss stamp Sterling. The bracelet is also marked 416A while the necklace, 416-1/2. The bracelet measures 7" x 3/4"and weighs 25.5 grams; the necklace is 15-1/2" including hook and weighs 33grams. A lovely collector's piece.
