A lovely Victorian 10K yellow gold locket, the front cover decorated with an embossed lion’s head. The lions mouth grasps an old mine cut diamond and the eyes are set with bright demantoid garnets. The small diamond is nice quality with bright color and good clarity. Demantoids were only discovered in Russian in 1868, so it was still a fairly novel gemstone when this locket was created. A lovely 18K yellow gold Sputnik ring by H Stern. The dome is bezel-set with round citrines, amethysts green and pink tourmalines, garnets and aquamarines. This design was created in the 1950s to highlight the range of colored gemstones available from Stern’s Brazilian mines. It came to be called “Sputnik” because of its resemblance to the spike Soviet satellite launched in 1957. A colorful studio piece molded as an abstract, modified circle and enameled in browns and blues. The back bears a secure rollover clasp on one side and a pendant bale on the other. The piece works best, however, as a pin. There are some illegible marks on the back; although the pin does not indicate silver, it does test definitively as silver, but not sterling. It measures 2 inches by 1 ¾ inches. Weight: 11.9 grams

Ca 1940 A heavy, solid sterling choker and bracelet by Jensen USA designer, Laurence Foss( 1920-2014). It features hand applied, raised sterling leaves with beading. The choker weighs 63 grams, is approximately 16" in length and just shy of 1/2" in width. Both the bracelet and choker are marked with the LF logo, sterling, 450. The bracelet weighs 29 grams and is 7"x 1/2".

An Art Deco Danecraft deer in the woods sterling pin from the 1930s-1940s. This great vintage sterling silver 2-1/8" x 1-3/4" brooch depicts a deer feeding in the forest. This pin features a safety catch, a true Deco style, and it is stamped STERLING with an HB maker's mark, and a somewhat scratched out Danecraft mark can be seen. Not sure how long this mark was used, but we have seen this combination on a few older Danecraft pieces...

Chic vintage 1970s signed Cadoro large layered goldtone metal pendant on a long snake chain with spring ring clasp. Marked CADORO. It also can be worn as a brooch. Pendant is just under 2 1/2 inches and chain is 36 inches. Excellent condition. A late Victorian or Edwardian 14K yellow gold flower style diamond ring c1900-10. This size 5-1/4 or 5.25 ring has a 15 point (by gauge) genuine diamond mounted with large claws. The diamond measures 3 mm. across, and the top of the ring is 3/16" across. The diamond is clear and clean, no visible inclusions under a 10X loupe, and this ring weighs 2.2 grams. The mark has been obscured due to sizing, but the gold content and diamond have been tested and are guaranteed...

This beautifully executed 18 Kt yellow gold brooch from the 1960’s depicts two darling poodles standing at attention with a mischievous sparkle in their natural ruby and sapphire eyes. Their matching enameled collars add a touch of color to the richness of the textured gold. The brooch measures 1 ¼ inches wide and 1 inch tall. On the reverse side, there is a diamond-shaped hallmark stamped with a B in an oval with 18Kt and 750 marked on either side.
