This bracelet alternates five huge amethyst cabochons between repoussé silver shields tipped with silver balls. Closure is a pin on a chain. This design, in a necklace, is shown on p. 96 of Silver Seduction. The amethysts measure 15/16" in diameter.

A very large, heavy 18K gold Venetian Etruscan fob charm pendant set with oval red coral cabochons and pearls. The gold surface is heavily decorated with applied wirework and rosettes. The coral has intense, even color, and the pearls display good luster with a slightly creamy color that nicely accents the coral. This pre-1960 Matl Matilde Poulat necklace is absolutely magnificent. Collector quality, with beautiful birds, a large turquoise egg, branch coral, and turquoise and coral cabochons, this piece has a huge presence. Measures a closed, wearable length of just over 20". Weight is 80 grams. Signed and hallmarked "Matl Patente 10963 Mexico 925", with the eagle assay 129. In excellent vintage condition with a rich patina.

Circa pre-1960, this necklace produced by Matilde Poulat has a generous length of 23", with a 3 1/4" wide center. There are amethyst stations on each side, with double chains continuing up the neck. The palomas sit next to a vase with turquoise flowers. Length on the center is 2 1/2".

Weight is a substantial 91.1 grams.

Wonderful Navajo cuff bracelet with great chiseling and stamping circa 1920-30. While this bracelet is from that time period, the design is very unusual and modern looking. It measures 5 1/2" around in the inside plus a 1 1/8" opening and is 1" wide. Weighing 57 grams, it is in fine original condition. Unsigned which is typical of the period. An outstanding piece.

A fascinating 18K yellow gold cocktail ring featuring a "forma livre" (free-form) amethyst by the famed mid-century Brazilian designer Haroldo Burle Marx. This beautiful turquoise necklace is comprised of disk shaped turquoise beads, spaced with black glass beads. It has been recently re-strung and is ready for wear. It has a new sterling silver toggle clasp. The strand measures approximately 23" long. The beads are graduated and measure approximately 3/4" in diameter at the largest; and 1/4" at the smallest. It is in excellent condition and the overall weight is 227.5 grams.
