Circa 1970 oil on canvas, 16" by 12" (20 1/2" by 16 1/4" framed), signed at lower left "Joyce". The scene with yellow roses and oriental ceramic figure takes after artists such as Hovsep Pushman and others who in the first half of the 20th century favored such props in their still life works. This is evenly soiled, with some browned varnish too. Otherwise condition is good. The white frame shows some wear.

An intriguing Bronze by the Italian sculpture Tommaso Campajola interestingly titled measuring 16 inch height and 12 inch diameter base which is black sculpted marble. Born in Naples Italy in 1855, there is not much on the artist but he worked in his lifetime in Europe on several commissions.
