A fine c1751 miniature watercolor on natural wafer, signed and dated by J. Lacon. The sitter is wearing a décolleté white dress and a lace underslip. The trimming of the blue ribbons provides a pop of color and wonderful contrast to the rest of the painting. Presented in a gilt metal reeded frame with remnants of collection labels on the reverse. 1 7/8" by 1 1/2".

“Stirring the Pot” is an Asian inspired original drawing in clay by David Bryce. In this incised panel, he molds and marks the clay, creating a simple and familiar action – stirring a pot. Ready to hang, it is in excellent condition and measures 21” x 13 inches. Artist signed. Dated 2007. Color is a greenish taupe with dark brown. In excellent condition, it measures 12"x 13".

China Trade painting - "Coastal Village Scene With Anchored Junk". Oil on canvas. Circa: late 19th C. Size: 17 3/4 inches x 23 1/2 inches. Unsigned. A painting from the China Trade school depicting modest homes along a coastal estuary, together with the local inhabitants and a 'junk' at anchor. Imperial folio lithograph with hand coloring after John W. Audubon of a pair of Little Nimble Weasels in winter coats printed by J.T. Bowen 1848. This print was part of the three volume folio printed between 1845 and 1848 of the Viviparous Quadruped of North America. The sheet is approximately 22 x 28 inches (56 x 71 cm), the mat opening 18 ½ x 24 ½ inches (47 x 62 cm) and the oak frame 24 ¾ x 31 ½ inches (61 x 80 cm)...

A nicely crafted oil on wood panel painting of an ancient castle or coastal fortification, likely Italy, signed at lower left "Tiboni". The piece measures 7" by 11" (13" by 16 1/4" nicely framed). The work was likely created in the 1950's or 1960's. Written in pencil on reverse is "70 Pounds" (actually, symbol for British Pounds). A light cleaning would be beneficial but not mandatory. The piece is of a nice size that would fit many smaller walls.
