I have not found a listing for such a name, even when varying the letters a bit. So, this is offered as a nice decorative work showing a peaceful deep fjord probably on the west coast of Norway, a small structure at right. The reflection in the water is probably the most skillfully painted area...

Oil on Masonite painting of a shady corridor or breezeway in an old traditional colonial era building, signed at lower left in the paint by listed Mexican artist EDUARDO VILLANUEVA. On the reverse is written "combento de Huejotzingo/Eduardo Villanueva/Pueblo 30 de agosto de 1957/Barrio del artista Estado (?)/Mexico". This would appear to be the convento de Huejotzingo, a colonial building in a small town northwest of Puebla...

Etching, 4 3/4" by 6 5/8" inside the mat, 10" by 12 1/2" in simple black strip frame, titled in pencil at left margin "A Bermuda Lane" and signed in margin in pencil at lower right by artist RAY ALLEN. I do not see a listing for an artist of this name. The work likely dates to about the 1950's I would think, and is probably still in its original frame. The impression is strong, with a distinct plate mark. Disregard false yellow colors in some of the photos, which are an effect of the camera....
