This round shape gold hair (acicular) crystal is 3 ¼ inches tall, 2 ¼ inches wide and 1 ½ inches thick. It depicts a group of Chinese goldfish swimming in a weed filled pond. A fine miniature portrait painting, on natural organic material, attributed, by two experts, to Joseph Saunders. The sitter is a young boy dressed in blue garb with gray trim.
