Fine miniature portrait painting, an 18th century woman, signed, 19th century, most likely French. In a gilded metal frame set into a larger wood frame. Painting height 1 3/4 inches. Condition Report: Very good condition.

Contemporary watercolor painting of whitish or pinkish roses, executed in a soft-focus manner, signed at lower right by artist Jean Percival. I do not see a listing by this name but we're looking at a talented artist. The work measures 13 1/2" by 9 1/2" inside the double mat opening and 21" by 17 1/2" framed. Silvery frame exhibits light wear. There are reflections in some images.

Executed on heavy watercolor paper, this is a beautiful work by a trained hand, 18" by 26 1/2", unframed, and unsigned. At lower left is written "Valley Ten P/1912", and to the right of and below that "After a fire". On the reverse in pencil is "Valley of Ten Peaks" and "MORAINE LAKE". The painting has foxing in the sky and the reverse is also foxed, but the colors are not faded...

Antonio Martin Painting Boating Marina Scene Watercolor,17x29”,FS27x36”

Watercolor painting of a mountain landscape in autumn, signed at lower left with what appears as "F. Renaud". A brook or stream occupies the right center. This is a nicely painted work, 4 5/8" by 6 1/2" inside the mat, 8 3/4" by 10 3/4" simply framed. The watercolor probably dates to the 1960's or 1970's. Photos were taken with the present cloudy non-glare glass removed. I suggest discarding it permanently in favor of regular glass. Ready to hang on the wall as-is, though.

Watercolor en grisaille drawing of the ornate entry area of a 19th century American home, complete with trellis, shutters, clapboard and fine woodwork, unsigned, measuring 18" by 14" (20 1/2" by 16 7/8" framed in brown wood frame. There is also a pencil study of the doorway on the reverse (see last photo). Any number of artists could have created this. It reminds me of a home you'd see in a watercolor by Edward Lamson Henry. I'd date this to about 1910 through 1930...

Warren Davis, American, 1865-1928, "Naiad". This is a very fine etching by Warren Davis, image size 7 3/4 x 5 3/4 inches, printed in an edition of 150, signed within the plate, with the title and edition in pencil below the image. This etching is in pristine condition, printed on a cream colored watermarked Rives paper with ample margins. A vintage woodcut print in black with touches of yellow and red in the windows of the picturesque seaside structures, unsigned, titled in the image "NOEL", white speckles (sprayed?) indicating snowflakes, 12 1/2" by 9 1/2" framed. The scene resembles Maine villages such as Port Clyde or Castine. Likely a work from that region, circa 1940's, possibly 1930's. I opened up the backing and found no further information.

Poem 70-73 Taiwa (Level or peace), 31/106, 17.5”x 24.5”. Haku Maki produced this Big Green print in 1970. His Big prints-—large for him-—appeared mainly in the period 1968-75.
