Antique German bronze medal that was minted in 1897 to commemorate the 300th anniversary of the Walloon and Dutch community in Hanau. The medal was made by the Mayer and Wilhelm workshop in Stuttgart and features a bust portrait of Philipp Ludwig II Graf von Hanau-Münzenberg (1596-1612) in relief, as well as a view of the Walloon church on the obverse.
