A Japanese cast bronze Okimono of an octopus moving across the sea floor. Its eight legs and large head depicts this true-to-life mollusc in motion. The two large eyes constantly observe its surroundings ready to shoot its ink at any predator.

Delicate small porcelain Buddha with gilt glaze and a beautiful expression on his face- produced in the 2nd half of the 20th century from Jingdezhen- there is an apocryphal Qianlong mark in seal script on the back, perfect condition! H: 9cm/3.5in and W: 5.5cm/2.in.

Brass toggle of equestrian monkey; the homophony of the expression "mashang fenghu" helps a civil servant to be promoted faster.

Worn for festival, this shapely Tibetan belt is covered with black and coral colored beads, cowrie shells and has a central medallion of silver with turquoise beads. The belt is secured around the waist with cord ties which extend from each side, I have used it as a wall decoration.
